Salt is said to protect the soul and drive away evil. The salt sculptures represent the process of wish-making. The artist draws inspiration from experiences of anxiety and helplessness, prompting her to wish for inner peace. Through the repeated creation of salt sculptures, she aims to fortify her soul’s protection and dispel negative emotions, while also expressing numerous wishes for the future. This process brings comfort and alleviates her anxiety.
