Nesta Or
Nesta Or (b. 2000, Hong Kong) is studying at the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University as a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) student.
Nesta often imagines life as various scenes, and by extending the fictional part of reality, she uses sound, video, performance and ceramics as the media to search for the possibility of narrative and visual presentation. Recently, she tends to develop from her personal life experience. Combined with her observations of different people and places, she is engaged in sketching the metaphors in life, the shape of time and the trajectory of history, and attempts to establish a new form of narrating emotions.
柯穎欣，2000年生於香港，就讀於香港浸會大學視覺藝術院。她常把生活構想成各種場景，透過在現實中延伸虛構的部分，以聲音、影像、表演和陶瓷作創作媒介，尋找敍事與視覺呈現的可能性。近來，她欲從個人的生命經歷出發，結合對不同人與地方的觀察，摸索生命中的隱喻、時間的形態和歷史的軌跡，並嘗試建立一種敍述情感的新形式。

In gazing passersby, the impression of family are reshaped, and strangers fill the void of the lost times. On this path of reminiscence, the game of collecting and piecing the fragments of the past becomes never-ending. With the concept of ‘home’ disintegrated, where should one stop?
