This piece was inspired by Agnes Martin’s gridded artworks and originated from concepts of perfectionism and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Despite having a simple look, the creation of this painting required careful planning and precise mathematical calculations.

I was walking around the estate I used to live in when I had noticed the strange paints on the walls of some buildings, and the interesting patterns formed by the floor tiles. These elements inspired me to create this series of paintings.
