I try to seek guidance from the ancient medicine wheel — transforming bitterness into sacred patterns, weaving chaos into order.
我試圖向古老的藥輪尋求指引——將苦澀熬成紋樣,將混沌紡作秩序。

Slip becomes the vessel of emotions.
Pins leave the mark of restless anxiety.
When mud spills across the canvas,
it pours forth the tempest within my soul.
Each pin I press into the clay,
releases sharp emotions, one by one,
A quiet unraveling of the storm inside.

Recycled Rice paper pulp, ink, silk, wood

This work weaves the philosophy of Yin and Yang into two mandalas, where balance and duality dance in harmony. The black mandala, born of recycled rice paper, transforms waste into beauty, while the white mandala, crafted from untouched pulp, rises as a symbol of purity and beginnings. Black and white entwine, reflecting the eternal cycle of creation and transformation.
