Old clothes are like a gathering of people; they are constructed into the collective connection that contains the histories of different owners. Sewed creases on the objects symbolise traces of sadness, and the repetition of them embodies a sense of peace and reception of wounds in the past. Interacting with these objects is like visualizing and recalling our own moments of sadness, but we can find comfort in sharing each other's warmth and wounds that are common to all humans. The act of touching or holding these objects becomes a way to connect with others and our inner selves, to alleviate the feeling of loneliness.
