Kori Lam’s artistic practice centres on photography, video recording, and mixed media, delving into the themes of death and its consequences. She adheres to the principle that “people eventually die", a concept that shapes her exploration of fleeting moments and eternal impressions. At the same time, she was also deeply guided by the idea of cause and effect—”those who commit evil will surely face retribution.” 

She has a deep fascination with abandoned spaces and documentary art. These ruins, silent witnesses to the passage of time, attract her to capture their stories through her lens. Her works aim to connect the transience of life and decay with the lasting impact of human actions.
