藝術家簡介
Law Hiu Wai mainly focus on ceramic and conceptual art practice. She likes to study the property of materials and the essence of things. Observe the relationships in the city, between objects and between people under rational thinking. She uses the transformation of materials to express the world she explores.
羅曉慧專注於陶瓷和概念性藝術創作，喜歡研究物料的特性和事物的本質，以理性角度觀察城市中人與人以及物與物的關係，再利用物料的轉換表達她所探索的世界。

“Relationship” is abstract to me. Paradoxically, there must be solid data.
Emotionally, relationship have no boundaries; Physically, there must be measurable indicators.
Exploring the conversion of units in relationships and presents relationships in another way. It also shows my understanding of it, the stretch between rationality and sensibility
「關係」對我來說是抽象的，矛盾的是，這裡一定有實際的數據。
情感上，所有關係都沒有界限；物理上，必須有可測量的指標。
探索量度關係單位的轉換，以另一方式呈現關係，亦展現我對關係的理解，理性和感性的互相拉扯。

Site-specific installation
Hong Kong is a metropolis, but railing is everywhere. Some people have fun with limitations and repetitions, piece together some pictures and words, and try to transform them into something else, making life more exciting and interesting. However, it is all limitless. Ceramics in the production and process is a cycle, also in the form of repetition to use, such as brick and tile. This work takes advantage of the repetitive nature of ceramics and tries to construct interest in the limited.

Paper boat, an object supposed to float. If it sinks, what do you feel? I pare the edges of the boat to create optical illusion. It looks like paper but it is heavy and sinks.
