梁竣彥

Leung Chun Yin, Harry, is a visual artist and storyteller who graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University Academy of Visual Arts. With a foundation rooted in illustration and painting, his practice is a dynamic exploration of narrative construction, heavily influenced by the production techniques of traditional Japanese manga. Harry's work transcends conventional storytelling, blending cultural inspirations to craft evocative, textless comics that invite viewers into an immersive, interpretive experience.

His artistic vision centers on conveying raw emotions and lived experiences through meticulously composed visuals. By stripping away textual dialogue, Harry empowers his audience to engage directly with the imagery, fostering a deeply personal connection to the stories unfolding within his work. Also offers a fresh perspective on the power of illustration and the enduring legacy of manga as a medium for emotional and intellectual exploration.

HONOURS PROJECT

畢業作品

I have asked many times how deep the snow is.

我曾多次問過雪有多深

ink, acrylic and screen tone on paper

墨水、丙烯顏料、網點

Set of 6: 200 cm x 100 cm, 70 cm x 10 cm, 70 cm x 20 cm, 70 cm x 30cm, 70 cm x 50 cm, 80 cm x 40 cm

Every inquiry into the depth of the snow is a longing and pursuit of life’s beautiful things; don’t always keep your head down. Each gaze is a reexamination of the world, allowing yourself to rediscover that long-lost purity amidst the busyness.

每一次詢問雪的深度,都是對生活中美好事物的渴望與追尋,別經常低頭。每一次的凝視,都是對世界的重新認識,讓自己在繁忙中找到那份久違的純粹。
