ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
藝術家簡介
Jasmine Lo (b. 2003) is a Hong Kong–based artist-designer who works primarily with graphic design, photography, and moving image, engaging with themes of feminism, body politics, and individualism. Lo explores the body and social roles of Asian women, responding to the constraints and expectations shaped by growing up in a conservative city. Her works carry a critical spirit, embodying a gentle form of resistance that reveals both vulnerability and resilience, while opening up new possibilities for dialogue on gender and identity.

Of searching, of losing,
Of returning to myself time and again.
Some destinations have always been near.
關於尋找, 關於失去,
關於我與自己反覆相遇,
有些目的地從來不在遠方。
PREVIOUS WORK
過往作品
A 25-page graphic art zine turns into a disposable tissue box, examining collectivist society through dark humour. The bold and absurd scenes reveal how forced togetherness, strict social rules, and conformity strip away personal identity.
The work explores the dynamic between a woman and society, revealing the artist’s own discomfort in trying to fit into deep-rooted social expectations placed on the female body.
