藝術家簡介
Ng Hoi Man is from Hong Kong. She works primarily in oil and acrylic on canvas, with intermittent digital illustration doodles on iPad, she constructs intimate tableaux that pivot around the motif of the corner—both as a literal architectural device and as a psychological threshold. The canvases distil lived experience into compressed geometries and muted atmospherics, inviting slow looking and reflective dislocation.
吳凱敏來自香港。她主要使用油畫和壓克力顏料在畫布上創作，偶爾也會在iPad上進行數位插畫塗鴉。她建構出以「角落」為主題的私密畫面──角落既是實際的建築元素，也是心理上的門檻。這些畫布將生活體驗提煉成緊湊的幾何圖形和柔和的氛圍，引人放慢腳步，陷入沉思和錯位之中。

As we grow into adulthood, I believe that keeping a childlike sense is the easiest way to find happiness, because it doesn't worry about the past or the future, it values the experience of the present moment. So, I drew my childhood memories and daydreams to create this art work. I hope my work will let readers find their own unique joy at the boring daily life.
長大成人後，童真總是伴隨著成長的經歷而消散。但擁有童真是我認為最容易找到快樂的能力，童真並不會為了過去和未來而擔心，更看重當下的體驗。因此我結合了我的童年和時不時的白日夢來創作這系列作品，希望能幫助讀者能透過我的作品獲得靈感，在每日枯燥如一的生活中找到獨屬於自己的樂趣。
