Although the cape with the hood looks very comfortable, I used an extremely uncomfortable fabric for the lining, which is in fact very itchy to wear. A person who is undergoing an anxiety attack might look right but only they know what is going on.

The bloody and gory image projection on the human body hinted at the self-deprecating thought that the depressed patient wanted the horrible thing to happen to them. The choking part indicated that the ongoing self-harm of the patient was killing them until the nightmare ended.
