ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
藝術家簡介
As an artist, I draw inspiration from the surrounding environment and natural elements, crafting works that invite viewers to explore diverse perspectives through subtle yet evocative impressions. This encourages reflection and elicits unexpected emotional responses. I often employ oil paints to capture a range of situations, utilizing muted coloring techniques that predominantly feature gray tones. The deliberate use of less vivid colors creates a soft, contemplative atmosphere. My distinctive approach blends abstract and concrete elements, resulting in a uniquely personal and expressive style. Through my art, I aim to evoke introspection and connection with the viewer, fostering a deeper appreciation for life’s nuances. By exploring the interplay between nature and human emotion, I create pieces that inspire contemplation and emotional resonance.

“Visitor” captures the moment a pigeon quietly perches outside the window, holding a twig as if waiting for your invitation. The blinds symbolize the barrier humans place between themselves and nature, while the pigeon, as a symbol of peace and hope, reminds us to pay renewed attention to these often-overlooked urban “visitors.” The artwork uses mirrored surfaces to reflect the viewer's image, breaking boundaries and inviting everyone to engage in a dialogue with nature, awakening care and respect for the coexistence of pigeons and the natural world.

A painting depicts a pigeon ball being kicked by a human, reminiscent of how humans sometimes treat animals as mere toys.

The domino indicated a story about loneliness. I placed the acrylic board like a domino that we usually play with on our own and completed it step by step. I thought it was like our experience and how to face loneliness also like it, cannot suddenly overcome it.
