ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Ning Suet is from Hong Kong. She centers her practice on reclaiming presence in a fast-paced world. Having spent much of life moving swiftly under pressure and expectation, she now turns to art as a way of slowing down, noticing, and dwelling in the moment.
Through ink, illustration, installation, and digital overlays, Ning Suet explores how art can invite stillness, reflection, and attentiveness. Her works emphasises that serenity is not distant, but found in the smallest corners of daily life when we allow ourselves to pause and see.
Rooted in lived experience, the practice is both personal and communal —reminding audience to breathe, reconnect, and rediscover the quiet beauty woven into everyday existence.

Playground of Reverie is a series of digital illustrations that explore childhood dreams as both complete dreamscapes and fragmented memories. Some works depict surreal environments where a recurring character drifts through playful, illogical scenes, capturing the joy and freedom of childhood imagination. Others focus on fragments — partial images and incomplete details that act as memory anchors, reflecting how dreams are often recalled. By transforming actual recorded dreams into visual form, the series invites viewers to immerse themselves in a universe of illogical happiness and timeless presence, offering a temporary escape from the structured demands of adulthood.
