Yeung Mei Shuen

楊美旋
Rainie Yeung is a Hong Kong artist who uses graphic design, illustration, and glass as her artistic practice. She tries to create through different forms to explore more possibilities. Rainie’s works are mostly inspired by daily life, personal experiences, emotions and Hong Kong culture.
Rainie hopes to use her own experiences to lead the audience into her artistic world and arouse the audience’s resonance. In addition, she likes to observe different things in daily life, record the moments of daily life, and integrate her personal feelings into her work. She hopes that the audience can find healing, warmth and positive energy in her work.

As time goes by, we all gradually forget the carefree days of childhood. This artwork recreate childhood memories and depicts a place important to the artist — the playground. Through this work, the artist invites audiences to recall their childhood.
